Planit Ground Protein Texture Mix is a versatile, flavor-neutral base for creating fermented plant-based “ground meat” in the Planit Pod.

When combined with the Planit Burger Spice Blend, one pack produces a 4.5 lb tray of burger-ready protein, while also serving as a flexible meat-free ingredient that can be sliced, crumbled, marinated, and cooked in many ways.

Unlike many plant-based meats, Planit proteins are naturally bound through fermentation and myceliation, eliminating the need for heavily processed binders or additives. Fermentation also supports digestibility and nutrient bioavailability, and because the food is made fresh on-site, no preservatives are required.
