Planit Protein Rep Commission Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Planit Rep Commission Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility

Participation is limited to Waring-authorized Representatives in good standing with Waring Commercial and Conair LLC. Planit Protein reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation in the program at its discretion.

Commission Rate

Participating Representatives are eligible to earn a commission equal to five percent (5%) of Net Sales Revenue from qualifying Planit cultures, foods, and consumables purchased by registered customers during the customer's first twelve (12) months of POD ownership.

For purposes of this program, Net Sales Revenue means gross product sales less returns, refunds, credits, discounts, promotional allowances, sales tax, and shipping charges.

Commission Period

The commission period begins on the documented POD sale date submitted by the Representative and continues for twelve (12) months from that date. Representatives are encouraged to register POD sales promptly to help ensure accurate customer matching and commission tracking. However, commission eligibility and duration are always determined by the documented POD sale date, not the date the customer is registered with Planit.

No commissions will be earned on qualifying purchases made after the twelve (12) month commission period has expired.

Customer Identification

Commissions can only be calculated and paid when customer purchases can be reasonably associated with a registered POD sale and customer account.

Representatives are strongly encouraged to have customers establish their PlanitProtein.com account using the same company name, contact name, and email address submitted during POD registration.

While Planit will make reasonable efforts to identify and attribute qualifying purchases, Planit is not responsible for missed commissions resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, delayed, or conflicting customer information, customer purchases made through unrelated accounts, or customer activity that cannot reasonably be linked to a registered POD sale.

Planit's determination of customer attribution and commission eligibility shall be final.

Qualifying Purchases

Qualifying purchases are limited to eligible Planit cultures, foods, and consumables purchased by registered POD customers for use with the Planit POD.

Products purchased by Representatives for demonstrations, sampling, evaluation, personal use, or purchases receiving Representative discounts are not commission eligible.

Planit reserves the right to determine which products qualify for commission eligibility under this program.

Reporting and Payment

Commissions will be calculated quarterly and paid following the close of each calendar quarter.

Representatives will receive a summary statement showing the qualifying customer purchases and commission calculations associated with the payment period.

A completed W-9 and any other required payment information must be on file before commission payments can be issued.

Commission Questions and Disputes

Any commission questions or disputes must be submitted to Planit in writing within sixty (60) days of the applicable commission statement. After that period, commission calculations and payments shall be considered final.

Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve any questions regarding customer attribution or commission calculations.

Program Integrity

Representatives may not knowingly submit false, misleading, duplicate, or inaccurate customer registrations.

Planit reserves the right to deny, adjust, suspend, or recover commission payments associated with registrations that are determined to be inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicative, or otherwise inconsistent with the intent of this program.

Independent Relationship

Participation in this program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or ownership relationship between Planit Protein and any Representative.

Program Changes

Planit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rep Commission Program at any time.

However, customer registrations already approved by Planit prior to any program modification or termination will continue to be eligible under the terms in effect at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By participating in the Planit Rep Commission Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
