We created this Burger Spice Blend as a flavor pairing with our Ground Protein Texture Base to produce a savory ground meat analog that can hold its own as a patty and serve well as a crumble for ingredients as you desire.
While the Ground Protein Texture Base has to be sold in individual bags (per batch in the Planit Pod), this Burger Spice Blend is measured in tablespoons and will go a long way.
